Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Every request is assessed based on social impact, financial need, project suitability, technical feasibility, and available resources.
Can we request a website or mobile application?
Yes. Eligible organisations may request website development, mobile applications, digital platforms, or other supported IT services. All requests are subject to review and approval.
Will NETURON provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Ongoing maintenance and support depend on the approved scope and must be agreed separately before work begins.
How long does the application process take?
The review timeframe depends on the complexity of the request and available resources.
What happens after we submit the form?
A saved application is stored so it can be reviewed. This site does not send email. Any later reply depends on someone at Neturon reading the stored application.
Can commercial organisations apply?
The initiative prioritises organisations with a clear social purpose. Other applications may be considered if their objectives align with the programme.
